We at artzzin promises best and most memorable service for every product dedicated to your memory.
1. We accept an order when it is placed at our website artzzin.com and 30% payment is made by the customer.
2. Upon acceptance of your order an email will be sent to your registered email id requesting uploading of your photos.
3. We will provide you our first demo within one calendar week of your order confirmation. You are required to provide your feedback within 48 hours of the demo.
4. Based on your suggestion, second and final demo will be provided.
5. You are requird to confirm your acceptance of the final demo within 24 hours of the demo provided.
6. After your confirmation, you will receive an email requesting balance payment.
7. The product will be shipped to your place within 5 days of your final payment. Upon shipping, you will receive a copy of the shipping document.
8. You will receive it within 3 days of shipping.
Shipping & Delivery:
We promise to ship your product by best of the available courier services. However, in case of any delay for delivering the product due to courier or due to any error in delivery address artzzin will not be liable for any claim.
Forfeiture of order:
In case, the customer does not want to proceed after demo or does not confirm his order by paying balance payment within 30 calendar days of 2nddemo the order will be forfeited and no refund will be made on the 30% advance paid by the customer.
We are responsible organization and understand that the photo uploaded at our site is the property of the customer only. All the photos will be used only for designing the products of the customer and will not be used for any other reason.
∑ If a customer raises a complaint for partial item/partial order/ broken order/ wrong product through Customer Care, the following terms & conditions will be applied.
∑ The customer is supposed to claim within 48 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained
∑ An Email will be sent seeking/providing following information:
o Short description of the product (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario)
o The snapshots of the product (Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the customer)
∑ The refund for prepaid orders will be done after investigation which usually requires 3-4 business day.
∑ In Case of wrong product,
∑ Customer should return the undamaged product if demanded. However, the collection from customerís premises is the sole responsibility of Artzzin without any financial impact to customer.
∑ In Case of wrong product, if customer wants a replacement it will be made within 15 days without any cost implication for the customer.
∑ The customer may not be liable for a refund if he/she falls in any of the scenarios stated below:
∑ Customer fails to provide adequate information about the product.
∑ Customer fails to provide snapshots of the packet and box(if any)
∑ Customer must not dispose the packaging if we want to take a return. We might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end.
∑ If client paid twice for one transaction, the one amount will be refunded within 15 to 20 working days via same source
Any request for replacement of an already delivered product will be made free of cost to the customer if the product does not match the original order and the customer demand a replacement instead of refund. Any replacement request has to be processed through artzzin customer care through e-mail. Replacement will be processed within 15 days.
If an order has been placed by initial payment but no photos have been uploaded, customer can cancel the order by contacting to customer care through email or contacting to the call center. However, 10% of the payment will be deducted as processing charges for the cancellation. Refund will be made within 15 days of the cancellation request. Order canít be cancelled after total payment has been done.
